FAIRFIELD HIGH SCHOOL
8800 Holden Boulevard Fairfield, OH 45014
From I-275 exit north onto Ohio Highway 4, Springfield Pike (Exit 41, becomes Dixie Highway) toward Hamilton/Fairfield. Proceed 3.4 miles to Berk Boulevard. Turn right onto Berk Boulevard and proceed .2 of a mile. Berk Boulevard becomes Holden Boulevard at the intersection with N. Gilmore Road/Port Union Road. Fairfield High School is on the left side of Holden Boulevard just north of this intersection. Enter the building through the Performing Arts Center entrance.
Fairfield High School is .2 of a mile north of the intersection of Dixie Highway and Berk Boulevard. At that intersection is a White Castle. On Dixie Highway within a half mile west of the intersection is a United Dairy Farmers, Starbucks (both on the north side) and a Penn Station (on the south side across from Jungle Jim’s).

LAKOTA EAST HIGH SCHOOL
6840 Lakota Lane, Liberty Township, OH 45044
From I-75 take exit 24 for Ohio 129 west (Butler County Veterans Hwy) toward Hamilton. Go about 1.5 miles to Cincinnati Dayton Road and turn right onto Cincinnati Dayton Road northbound. Turn right onto Liberty One Drive, then turn left onto Lakota Lane. Lakota East HS will be on the right. Enter through the main (west) entrance and walk down the central hallway to the tournament. We will be playing on the first level, in the cafeteria and adjacent rooms.
As far as we know, there will be no food concession at Lakota East. Some snacks might be available from vending machines, but we suggest that you not depend on this but bring with you any snacks that you might want.

LAKOTA WEST HIGH SCHOOL
8940 Union Centre Boulevard West Chester, OH 45069
From I-75 take Union Center Boulevard (Exit 19) toward Fairfield. Proceed 1.3 miles on Union Center Boulevard. Lakota West High School will be on the right. Enter the high school property from Union Centre Boulevard. Enter the building from the east end (the “back door” at the opposite end of the building from the main parking lot off Union Center Blvd). There is ample parking at the east end of the building.
North of the high school about one block on Union Centre Boulevard is Bruster’s/Nathans. South of the school on Union Centre Boulevard are McDonald’s, Qdoba, Chipotle and Quizno’s.

PRINCETON HIGH SCHOOL
100 Viking Way, Cincinnati, OH 45246
Take I-75 to the Sharon Road exit (exit 15, the first exit south of I-275), and exit west onto Sharon Road. Turn right onto the first street, Chester Road. Princeton High School is on the west side of Chester Road (on your left). Go .4 of a mile to Lippelman Road (just past the school) and turn left, then turn left again into the school parking lot. Enter the building through door 30.
Note that a basketball tournament will be played at Princeton High School on the same day as our chess tournament, so the best option for parking will be in the parking lot nearest to Lippelman Road.
The Princeton Boosters will have a food concession at the tournament selling coffee, drinks, candy, popcorn, chips, pizza, hot dogs, and fruit. All proceeds will go to support Princeton chess, so be sure to bring your appetite and money!
For those preferring to go off the Princeton campus, several food vendors are located on Kemper Road, .7 of a mile north of the school. Exit the parking lot onto Lippelman Road toward Chester Road, then turn left onto Chester Road and proceed north to Kemper Road. Turn left onto Kemper Road and you will find, within a half mile, the following vendors (in alphabetical order): Long John Silver, McDonald’s, Penn Station, Subway, Taco Bell and Wendy’s. Additional food options are located in either direction.

WALNUT HILLS HIGH SCHOOL
3250 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, OH 45207
To get to Walnut Hills High School from I-71, take Exit 5 to Dana Avenue, go west on Dana Avenue six blocks to Montgomery Road/Route 22, and turn left (south) onto Montgomery Road. You can then approach the school from either the west or the east.
To approach from the west: From Montgomery Road turn right onto Jonathan Avenue (immediately after crossing I-71). Follow Jonathan Avenue around the north side of the high school campus to Sulsar Avenue, and turn left onto Sulsar. Note that Sulsar Avenue is one-way running in the direction from Jonathan Avenue at the north end to Gilbert Avenue at the south end. There is parking all along Sulsar Avenue on both sides. Note: If you park on Sulsar Avenue, you will need to climb some steps to enter the high school.
To approach from the east: Continue on Montgomery Road past Jonathan Avenue a little farther to Blair Avenue, then turn right onto Blair Avenue. Follow Blair Avenue until it ends at the high school. There is some parking around the circle at that point and also a parking lot to your right as you approach the circle.
Enter the high school through either the west or east main entrance (under the rotunda dome). Registration and check-in will be in the main hall where you enter. From there you will be directed downstairs (one flight of stairs) to the cafeteria, which will serve as our skittles area. The playing rooms will be down the hall from the cafeteria.
As in 2018 our host, Will Shaw, will have pizza available for sale to players and parents. Vending machines are also be available, and attendees may bring food with them. There are no offsite food options conveniently located near Walnut Hills High School.
